These are our public evening classes, the heart of what we do. In about 2.5 hands-on hours you'll chop, stir, taste, and plate a complete Italian-inspired meal, guided step by step by Head Instructor Jennifer. Classes are small, social, and beginner-friendly, so it works just as well for a night out with friends as a date night .

Who are the classes for?

Friend groups, couples, solo cooks, and anyone who wants a fun, social evening in the kitchen. Every class is beginner-friendly and no experience is needed.

What do we actually cook?

Each class has its own Italian-inspired menu, cooked from scratch, with other cuisines explored over time. The menu for every upcoming class is shown in the booking calendar , and the evening always ends with everyone sitting down to eat the meal they made.

Can you accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, or other dietary needs?

Often, yes. Gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and vegetarian adjustments can frequently be arranged. Tell us what you need when you book. If you have celiac disease or a severe allergy, please contact us in advance so we can plan the menu safely. Some menus have limits.

What should we bring or wear?

Wear closed-toe shoes and tie long hair back. Everything else, including ingredients, equipment, and aprons, is provided. Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early; there's free parking on site.

Is a cooking class a good way to meet people in Calgary?

Yes. Classes are small and social, and you cook and eat alongside a friendly mix of guests. Many people who are new to Calgary come solo or with one friend and leave with new connections and a full stomach.

How do we book?

Book online through the live calendar on our homepage. Dates, menus, prices, and remaining seats are shown up front. Bookings are transferable to another person but non-refundable, because the kitchen is rented per class. See our Policies & Refunds for details.
